How do I return an item?
We
guarantee your GLOgames product to be first quality and free of any
misprints or material defects.
When you receive your GLOSgames board please look over the patterns and material
to make sure your board looks as awesome as can be, and all is good and right
and no mistakes were made. You have seven (7) days from the time you
receive your shipment to inspect your board and make sure it is defect free.
GLOSgames can accept returns for
the following problems:
MISPRINTS: If any of our
machines should kick out a pattern that has printing flaws, and that machine is
crafty enough to sneak that defective print past our quality control inspection
teams' masterful eagle eyes, and a flawed printed GLOSgames game board
should actually ship out and arrive at YOUR house, well, it is all too horrible
to imagine, but it could happen. We're crisis ready.
WRONG ORDER: Oh the Humanity! While
all the staff at GLOSgames are gifted with awesome superpowers, it is
within the realm of possibility we might, could, maybe ship the wrong order to
you. How dreadfully embarrassing!
If either of the misfortunes listed above are in your stars, fear not -we will
be happy to accept your return and replenish your world with a perfect GLOSgames board. Email us at questions@glosgames.com
or call customer support at 888-608-0303
and alert us to your plight right away. As long as you ship the problem
back to us within seven (7) days of receiving it, we will send you your correct
order/replacements as soon as the return arrives back to us.
BE TOLD! GLOSgames returns
must come back to us intact, unused, just as pristine as they left our printing
press with contact from you, whether by phone or email or a written note
letting us know what is wrong with the board! That way we can identify
the mistake in the order (printing defect, invoicing issues or whatever we did
